Aamir Liaquat Hussain was found dead at his residence, confirmed the administration of a private hospital. His ex-wife, Dr. Bushra Iqbal, and daughter, Duaa Aamir, visited him after his demise at the hospital.

The deceased was taken to a private hospital after being found unconscious by police officials at his residence. The reason for his death has not been disclosed by the doctors.

The ongoing national assembly session has been adjourned in respect of the deceased. Aamir Liaquat was previously affiliated with BOL News and a few other media channels.

He was born on July 5, 1971. He was elected as Member National Assembly in 2002, later he took oath as a religious minister during General (retd) Pervaiz Musharraf’s regime. Hussain once again became MNA after 2018 elections on the ticket of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.

The media celebrity was recently in news for controversies related to his marriage with his third wife. The deceased left two children.
