The legal saga between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has escalated, with the actor accusing his ex-wife of tarnishing the brand of his winery by selling her part to a stranger. According to People, Brad says in his recent lawsuit that Jolie willfully “sought to cause harm on” by selling her vineyard ownership.

Pitt’s legal team filed new records in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday, mentioning Miravalas, the actor’s “passion” project, which blossomed “into a multimillion-dollar global business and one of the world’s most highly respected manufacturers of rosé wine” as a result of his efforts. According to reports, the actor accuses Jolie of having “nothing to Miraval’s success.”

According to the newest filing, Jolie planned to sell her stake in Tenute del Mondo in October, a company that is  “indirectly owned and controlled by Yuri Shefler, the Russian billionaire who controls the Stoli Group.” According to the lawsuit, Angelina Jolie went forward with the sale despite knowing it would breach Pitt’s contractual rights.

The former couple, who have six children together, purchased a majority interest in Château Miraval, a vineyard and residence in the South of France, in 2008. It’s also the same estate where they married in 2014 and enjoyed countless family vacations together in the past.
