BTS has announced that they will be taking a break to focus on solo projects.

The world-famous K-pop trio announced the sabbatical during their annual FESTA dinner, which commemorates the band’s inception in 2013.

According to NBC News, this will be BTS’ third hiatus since their formation, with the first coming in 2019 and the second in 2021.

The seven members of the band, according to RM, the band’s primary rapper and de facto frontman, are happy of their accomplishments together but must continue to evolve as individuals.

His comrades agreed, while Jimin admitted that they are worried about disappointing their fans.

BTS launched an anthology album titled “Proof” on Friday, which features a chosen compilation of smash singles and fan favourites.

 

All seven members of the band — RM, J-Hope, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, Suga, and V — have previously released solo music in addition to the band’s substantial discography.
