The actress’ close friends reacted positively to the sweet photos, with heart emojis.

The couple was seen leaving a London restaurant for a birthday meal. As they left for their date night, Johnny and Courteney were seen holding hands. Courteney chose a green pantsuit with a black top for their dinner date, while the Snow Patrol musician wore a black jacket over a grey sweater with black slacks.
