The lawsuit, which was settled on June 1, has resurfaced after a courtroom notebook containing ‘unseen’ aspects of the trial was auctioned online.

According to TMZ, a guy named Larry Foreman travelled from Kentucky to the Fairfax County Courthouse in Virginia to witness the trial.

He claimed that by the end of the trial, he had made some notes. His handwritten notes from the trial days have been auctioned off for more than $14,000 on eBay.

According to the seller’s information on the platform, the description reads, “TOP SECRET NOTES: Johnny Depp jury trial notes on juror’s reactions to Dr Hughes and Amber Heard — never before seen by the world — (roughly 100+ tweets of top secret information about the jurors).”

“NO PHOTOS, IMAGES OR PHOTOCOPIES WILL BE MADE BY THE SELLER. And you will have exclusive rights to the content,” the seller wrote.

According to the source, Foreman has opted to give the winning bid to Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. He claimed the donation was appropriate because Amber Heard had previously stated that she would donate to the organisation but had yet to make good on her promise.
