Kate Moss is considering applying for the royal honour because she would ‘love’ to receive an OBE for her contributions to modelling.

Earlier this month, the British model appeared on top of a ’90s rave bus at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant.

Kate is excited to leave her mark on Her Majesty, as the 48-year-old played a prominent role in the Pageant celebrations, joining other ’90s icons Naomi Campbell and Patsy Kensit on the bus.

According to a Magazine, Kate has been quietly telling friends that she would ‘absolutely love’ to be given a nod in the next round of honours as part of her royal mission for the honour.

And in order to do so, the supermodel has increased her charitable work while also making an impression on the Queen.

Donning a Union Jack jacket for the Jubilee celebrations, the model stood at the top of the open-top bus, which also featured her picture down the side, as it made it’s way through the capital.

And now that she’s settled in the Cotswolds, Kate has been delivering home-cooked meals to the elderly on a regular basis, courtesy of her brother Nick, who runs a Vietnamese food delivery truck called Vietvan.

Her efforts have apparently been well received by the locals, who have taken to the government’s official website to nominate her for the OBE.

Locals in Kate’s hometown, Little Faringdon, described her as “really popular” and “part of the community,” and expressed their desire to see her honoured.
