  • Kim Kardashian has finally spoken up about the enormous outrage she received after losing 16 pounds in three weeks.
  • She lose all the weight to wear Marilyn Monroe’s outfit at the Met Gala.
  • The Skims creator strolled on the red carpet in Monroe’s outfit, which she wore to sing Happy Birthday to President John F. Kennedy in 1962.

Fans, however, were concerned by her shockingly thin figure, prompting much criticism on social media.

During a recent interview with The New York Times, the reality star asserted that she had “done nothing harmful.”

Kardashian compared herself to Renée Zellweger, who gained weight for the part of Bridget Jones in the film Bridget Jones’ Diary.

“Renée Zellweger even acquired weight for a part.” To me, it’s all the same. “I wasn’t suggesting, ‘Hey everyone, why don’t you go lose this weight quickly?'” she explained.

“I simply couldn’t go, which wouldn’t have mattered; it was just vital to me to achieve that objective,” she explained.

Kardashian previously disclosed that she lost weight by wearing a sauna suit and running on the treadmill twice a day.

The 41-year-old reality personality also avoided all sweets and carbohydrates, opting instead for ‘clean’ veggies and protein.
