Johnny Depp writes foreword to children’s book written by his fan
Johnny Depp has collaborated with a fan, who wrote a new children’s book. Johnny wrote the foreword of her upcoming book that releases on July 20.
By meeting her many years ago, Johnny Depp fulfilled a fan’s dream, and he has since continued to support her by penning the preface to her next book. She apparently worked with the actor on a kid’s book, which will be published on July 20.
According to a recent story, Johnny’s message in the cancer survivor’s book was penned in June, when the actor travelled to Paris, only weeks after his well-publicized defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard.
Having overcome cancer, Johnny After the Make-A-Wish Foundation requested his assistance in 2011, Katie Vanrdrilla’s desire became a reality. When she first met Johnny, she was 21 years old.
In a recent tweet, Katie, a leukaemia patient, expressed her gratitude to the nonprofit organisation for helping her get to “where she is today” and for introducing her to Johnny while he was filming Dark Shadows in London.
According to a Friday story, Johnny left Katie a beautiful letter in the introduction of her next children’s book on June 17 while he was in Paris.
According to the story, Katie is currently cancer-free and works as a chemistry instructor in the US. During her cancer treatment, according to the story, Katie started writing. She was also quoted as saying that meeting Johnny altered her life and that it meant “nothing short of everything” to her.
The report shared Johnny’s special note in Katie’s book, Thumper’s London Adventure. The prologue began with, ‘For my dearest Katie, for her dear family and friends.” Johnny went on to say, “And for all the dear children out there, and for all their dear family and friends, that need that little bit of extra care and understanding right now. Please know that you are loved and that we are thinking of you all!” As he ended the heartfelt note, Johnny wrote, “With all my love, my respect and my good wishes to you, always, Johnny.”
Johnny recently gave to several children’s hospitals. Johnny has been in the news because of his defamation battle against Amber Heard.
