Joe Alwyn and Taylor Swift allegedly got engaged “a few months ago,” but the couple has chosen to keep the news quiet, insiders

The 32-year-old singer, who has a history of unhappy relationships, has reportedly been seen wearing an engagement ring behind closed doors, according to the reports.

On Wednesday, an insider revealed to the site that Taylor and Joe are “very happy and deeply in love.”

The source continued, “They’ve actually been engaged for a few months but have only told their inner-inner group, which is primarily immediate relatives and trusted, very old acquaintances. Everyone has also taken an oath of confidentiality.

“Once again, just a small group of people know specifics of the wedding, and Taylor hasn’t even notified some of her team about the engagement,” the insider stated.

Since their purported engagement is “only for them,” the couple is attempting to keep “their love to stay away from the cameras as much as possible.”

And there definitely won’t be any Vogue, Rolling Stone, or Hello! magazines there if and when they do exchange vows. Like them, it will be straightforward and refined, the source added.

Since the pair hasn’t made their engagement public, there is currently no “particular information” concerning their wedding.
