The acclaimed author Qiasra Hayat, who has authored a great many successful plays, is responsible for the writing of this drama. The plot of the play Wabaal would revolve on a curse, hopelessness, and destruction. Sarah Khan will play a role in the show that is considered to be antagonistic. The director of Ishq E Laa, Amin Iqbal, is behind the camera for this new television series, while Momina Duraid is in charge of producing it.

Sarah Khan, Merub Ali, Shagufta Ejaz, and Talha Chahour are some of the actors that are featured in the play. Talha Chahour had previously been a part of the Geo TV show Jo Bichar Gaye, which was directed by Hussam Hussain.
