Kim Kardashian is making big moves. Media says that the KKW mogul just made a bigger bet on a deal involving Cindy Crawford’s old home in Malibu, California. The reality star paid a huge sum of USD 70.4 million for the beautiful piece of real estate. Even though she is no longer married to Kanye West, Kim lives in her USD 60 million Hidden Hills Estate with the four children she had with him.

The beautiful property is a home that is almost 7,500 square feet and has five and a half bathrooms and four bedrooms. The unit is built on a 3.18-acre lot in the Encinal Bluffs. The house has been built in a Mediterranean style, with features like an open floor plan, a gym that Kim would love since she likes to stay in great shape, and several decks that go all the way around the house. The most romantic thing about the wonderful house is the private path that leads to a private beach. Kim has said many times that she loves beaches, and she has also said that her kids like to play in the water.

The property also has a tennis court, a spa, an outdoor fireplace, a cabana by the pool, and a lot more. Still, it’s not clear if Kim plans to move there with her kids or not. Recently, there has been a lot of talks online about her kids.
