On social media, actor Mohsin Abbas Haider recently teased the poster for his upcoming short film, Main Shahrukh Khan Hoon.

The film, which was directed by Experimental Films in collaboration with MR Productions, is scheduled for digital release today.

The actor claims that he will play five different roles in the short movie. He further clarified that this is simply a film bearing the name of the legendary Bollywood actor and is not a biopic.

Haider explained, “This is just a character. We believe that the generations that have come after Shah Rukh Khan, can’t act without a little essence of Shah Rukh Khan – this is a very strong belief of mine and you can very easily spot it in every actor. So it’s not just about Shah Rukh Khan, it’s about five different characters.”

He gave fans a sneak peek at the upcoming short film’s poster ahead of its digital release, which is set for October 1, 2022.

The actor also provided some plot details for the movie, revealing that it centers on an aspiring actor who is a die-hard admirer of Shah Rukh Khan.

However, People who have seen the movie say that the director and actors did a good job with it. “Mohsin Abbas Haider always proves himself in every project,” said a viewer.

Fans liked how the movie was about a crisis of identity. One person who watched the show said that identity crises happen most often to Indian and Pakistani actors.
