‘The Rings of Power’ season two, currently filming in UK
The following season of Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power won’t be available to viewers for “another couple of years.”
The showrunner Patrick McKay said in an interview with the known news reporter that the production may take “another couple of years” while providing an estimate.
But compared to the season one production, which was severely delayed by the epidemic, this timeline is noticeably better.
According to Screen Rant, the fantasy drama’s upcoming season will be delayed because it will take so long to reproduce the show’s vast scope.
All streaming major records were broken by the first season. The showrunners want to increase audience size for season two rather than maintain it.
There are rumours that Prime Video is speeding up the production of the show.
The second season of The Lord of the Rings, is now in production in the UK, and the first season’s finale will be available to stream on October 14.
