Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie went on a special royal adventure together.

This week, Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughters went to the Royal British Legion Industries to learn about the important care, welfare, and job services that are given to veterans of the Armed Forces all over the U.K.

Princess Beatrice, who is 34 years old, wore a blue coat. Princess Eugenie, who is 32 years old, wore a green outfit. Both wore a red poppy pin, which has been a way to show respect for soldiers who have died in wars since 1921. Since the beginning of November, members of the royal family have been seen wearing the symbol, including Kate Middleton, Prince William, King Charles III, Queen Camilla, and Princess Anne.

On Friday, Princess Eugenie posted photos from the trip to her own Instagram page.

She wrote in the post’s caption, “We met amazing veterans who had gone through RBLI’s #Lifeworks employability program.” “It was great to see how the program works at the charity’s social enterprise factory, which gives veterans meaningful work.”

Eugenie also said that they went to Queen Elizabeth Court, a place for people who need help with daily tasks, to meet some of the people who live there.

Over the weekend, the royals will honour Remembrance Day. Working royal family members will attend Saturday’s Festival of Remembrance in London. On Sunday, they’ll gather at the Cenotaph for Remembrance Sunday.

This week, the royals updated their social media photographs for Remembrance Day. The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 40, replaced a candid photo of themselves giggling on Instagram and Twitter. Kate and William at the 2018 Festival of Remembrance replaced it.

King Charles and Queen Camilla altered their profile photographs after shutting down their Clarence House accounts following Queen Elizabeth’s death in September. When Queen Elizabeth’s mourning time ended, the pair created a photo of themselves at the Balmoral War Memorial in Scotland from May 2020, the 75th anniversary of VE Day. King Charles, 73, and Queen Camilla, 75, used a portrait from 2009 for Remembrance Day. It had a Field of Remembrance cover.
