After nearly three years, the forty-year-old actress has returned to India for the first time since before the Covid-19 pandemic and the birth of her daughter Malti.

PeeCee, as her Indian followers affectionately call her, reintroduced the 1970s with a sleek pair of fossil grey bell bottoms at the airport.

She wore a mask as she passed through Indira Gandhi International Airport, allowing her luscious dark hair to tumble over her shoulders in waves.

A few days ago, she posted on Instagram Stories that she was “Finally.. going home. After almost three years..” over a photograph of her India boarding permit.

According to an interview she gave to Travel + Leisure some months ago, in which she stated, “My brain has been taking vacations every night, but I am dying to go back to India,” it was evident that she had been longing to see her own country.

On Sunday, she was seen with her husband Nick Jonas, and mother Madhu enjoying a night out at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
