Emma Roberts’s most recent night out with a date is anything but boring.

On November 30, the Scream Queens star was seen out to dinner with her boyfriend Cody John in Los Angeles. Emma wore a long black quilted coat, jeans, and black shoes for their outing. She looked casual and cute. Cody chose to wear a red and black plaid shirt, a grey t-shirt with a picture on it, and dark wash jeans.

A source told E! News in October that the American Horror Story alum started dating Cody after meeting him through friends in the business. Cody has acted in Wu-Tang: An American Saga and In the Dark, both on Hulu.

An insider said that they started dating in August and that they are “taking it slow” with Emma’s 22-month-old son Rhodes, who she has with her ex-husband Garrett Hedlund.

At the time, a source said, “Emma is careful about letting her son meet new people, but she knows that day will come soon.”

Until then, the two are just spending time together and having fun.

They’re not afraid to show how much they love each other. In August, Cody posted a photo of them kissing on Instagram with the caption “sweet sweet.”

Her new relationship comes nearly a year after she broke up with Garrett, whom she started dating in March 2019.

Garrett and Emma are still on good terms and that they “are still co-parenting and involved in each other’s lives because of their son.”
