Since its debut in the middle of this year’s October, the legendary Lollywood film The Legend of Maula Jatt has broken numerous box office records.

The director Bilal Lashari’s creation has surpassed the $10 million mark globally, making it the first Pakistani movie to accomplish this achievement.

According to reports, the movie earned $3.975 million domestically and the remaining amount abroad. The movie, which stars Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mahira Khan, Humaima Malick, Gohar Rasheed, Faris Shafi, Ali Azmat, Raheela Agha, Babar Ali, Saima Baloch, Shafqat Cheema, Nayyar Ejaz, and Resham, is a remake of the 1979 cult hit Maula Jatt.

The Punjabi-language action film is reportedly being prepared for release in the neighboring nation that is home to renowned Bollywood, according to sources in Indian media.

According to a source cited by The Bollywood Hangama in their report, “The Legend Of Maula Jatt is slated to release in cinema halls in India on December 23. The movie has the support of Zee Studios, and they are trying to see that it is made. In the coming week, it will become evident whether the movie will be released in theatres and whether December 23 will be its official release date.
