The year 2023 appears to be no different, as it is moving quickly to implement ‘M3GAN’. Early in January, the movie about a stylish AI companion who becomes evil hits theatres.

Although the movie’s promotional campaign has been among the most purely enjoyable in recent memory, the recently released clip shows horror fans that M3GAN isn’t messing around.

She is genuinely prepared to give them an earful if her best friend Cady (Violet McGraw) is “in danger.”

Fans can get a longer look at the woodland scene from the trailers in the brand-new IMDb exclusive clip, which is presented by actress Allison Williams.

When Cady’s school bully Brandon (Jack Cassidy) taunts M3GAN, she is already dead on the ground. Quickly coming to life, the demonic Al reaches out and seizes Brandon’s ear. The way Brandon’s ear skin is stretched out like it was play dough is such a gory scene.

He is being instructed in “manners” by M3GAN, who also gives him a lighthearted speech about how naughty boys who are not reined in grow up to be bad men. Here is where the scene turns horrifying and the ear-stretching starts.

The scene concludes with M3GAN ripping off a portion of Brandon’s ear, leaping to her feet as if she were possessed by a demon, pulling a Michael Myers head tilt, and then tossing Brandon’s ear fat away like it was nothing more than a routine afternoon for this murderous robot. Brandon leaves when we last see him, but his terrible fate appears to have already been decided.

According to all the advertising and positive reviews, M3GAN is likely to be Blumhouse and Universal’s next big horror success. You don’t need to look far to understand why, as this is the love child of Malignant director Akela Cooper and producer James Wan, the creator of the world of The Conjuring.

The ensemble also includes a number of seasoned actors from the genre, including Williams and McGrew from Mike Flanagan’s Doctor Sleep and The Haunting of Hill House, respectively.

Williams previously appeared in Jordan Peele’s Get Out and the underappreciated Netflix feature The Perfection. The key components are in place for a forthcoming new horror classic.

While the marketing for this movie has emphasized its more horror-comedic elements, this clip assures fans of the genre that it won’t be missing out on the bloodshed. Even though this movie is rated PG-13, the ear pull is quite unpleasant and it appears to have been done practically, which is always a plus for us deranged genre fans.

M3GAN is compiling a list of those who have harmed Cady and double-checking it. If your name is on the list, you should immediately go away and safeguard your ears.
