Netflix Lily Collins, who plays Emily in Paris, talked about her own “trauma bangs” from a few years ago.

Wednesday, December 21, 2022, the streaming giant showed the first episode of the third season of Emily in Paris.

Before it was available on the platform, season 3 of Emily in Paris had a special premiere in New York City with all of the stars from the show.

The British-American actress Lily Collins, who plays the title character Emily in the show, was also there.

Dressed in a white minidress with long silver bows, black tights, and silver platform heels that sparkled.

Emily cuts blunt bangs for Collins in the first episode of the new season, and Collins decided to wear them. Emily’s roommate Mindy, who is played by Ashley Park, calls them “trauma bangs.

As the official trailer shows, Emily is under a lot of stress at the start of the third season. As she had to make important decisions at work and in love.

Collins and her friend Ms. Park said that they could understand why Emily would grab the scissors when she couldn’t decide what to do.

She thought back to when she cut her own hair when she was about 26.

“I had a life change haircut when I was, I think, 26,” Collins said. “I cut all my hair off — it was a pixie haircut — and I went to the Vanity Fair Oscars party and people were like, ‘What happened?'”
