In a recent exclusive interview, the actress was shown a video of her co-star Shriya Saran complimenting her.

We forced Tabu to hear a voice message from Shriya Saran, her Drishyam co-star. Shriya remarked, “Tabu mam, lots of love to you, in the voice note. You are the best, and I adore you completely. You people are the most generous ever. You still show me the same amount of love that you did when we first met. I adore your smile and your sweet embraces. And I believe that you are the only actress who has motivated me to continue putting in effort because I adore the roles you play and think you are the best actor ever. When she added, “I have a female crush on you,” Tabu couldn’t help but laugh out loud, adding, “so lovely to hear that.

Tabu said, “She is gorgeous, ya! In reality, this is the third movie I’ve made with her. We worked on a Telugu movie together many, many years ago, and then we did Drishyam and then this Drishyam, so I believe we get along well. We get along well and have a strong relationship. She is a beautiful girl.

She continued, “Especially with Bhool, it was from the day I heard it that I realized that ‘My God, this character may become really something,” when asked about how interesting it was for her to play Manjulika. This is something I have never tackled, so I knew it would be an extremely challenging journey for me as an actor.
