Tory Lanez is guilty of three charges

The jury took a day to decide that Daystar Peterson, 30, was guilty of assault with a semiautomatic pistol, having a loaded, unregistered gun in a car, and firing a gun without good reason. The charges can get you up to 22 years in prison. Lanez didn’t say anything about the decision. Handcuffs in a courtroom.

He kept shouting as the deputies took him out of the courtroom. Megan Pete, who goes by the name Megan Thee Stallion, said that Lanez shot her in the feet as she got out of the car and told her to dance.

She had surgery to remove pieces of bullet from her feet.

The trial was mostly about protecting Black women and Black victims. It was also about gender politics in hip-hop and how toxic people can be online. During closing arguments, the prosecutors talked about how brave Megan was to come out and how people have treated her badly because of it. She was said to have no reason to lie.

She has lied? It was said by Bott. She has been hurt in some way. Why did you tell about domestic abuse? Kelsey Harris, a friend of Megan’s, allegedly shot Lanez out of spite. Lanez intervened. Megan’s account was more interesting since she blamed Lanez, said George Mgdesyan. Pete exaggerates. Mgdesyan claimed she was lying. I said, “She lied.”
