Jane Fonda upcoming film 80 for Brady, in which she co-stars with other industry veterans like Lily Tomlin, Rita Moreno, and Sally Field, Fonda told the outlet: “I left for 15 years, when I married Ted Turner, and I did not think I was going to come back, because when I married him, I thought it’d be forever.”

But when she returned, she admitted that she would not have believed it if someone had told her that she would be acting in a movie like this at the age of 85. I therefore consider myself quite fortunate.

Following her 1991 marriage to 84-year-old Turner, Fonda made an announcement about her acting career. After ten years of marriage, the ex-couple filed for divorce in 2001.

Jane Fonda claimed she changed her personality to better suit the men in her life, including her father, actor Henry Fonda, as well as her three husbands — Roger Vadim, Tom Hayden, and Turner, in a 2018 HBO documentary based on her life titled Jane Fonda in Five Acts.

The Grace and Frankie actor claimed that after divorcing her last husband Turner, she came to the realization that she could no longer priorities the needs of others. She turned away from Turner after leaving.

“He was hot. He was really smart. When I departed, he had two million acres. Staying would have been simple, “Regarding her connection with Turner at the time, Fonda stated.

“But I had this angel looking over my shoulder.

If you stay, you will die without ever becoming who you can be, she warned, and it was difficult to even hear her voice. You won’t be wholly genuine.”

Tom Brady served as both a producer and an actor in the upcoming film, which is “inspired by the true story of four closest friends living life to the fullest when they take a wild vacation to the 2017 Super Bowl LI to see their hero Tom Brady play.”
