More than two weeks after being hurt in a snowplough accident, actor Jeremy Renner tweeted that he had been released from the hospital.

The Marvel actor had been in the hospital since New Year’s Day, when he was hurt by a snowplough while removing snow from a driveway close to his house in Nevada and sustained “blunt chest trauma and orthopaedic injuries,” according to his publicist, who had earlier told CNN.

Monday night, the “Mayor of Kingstown” star replied to a Twitter post from the show, writing, “Outside my brain fog in recovery, I was very excited to watch episode 201 with my family at home.”

Renner received treatment in the intensive care unit and underwent two procedures during his protracted stay in the hospital.

In a 911 call log that CNN was able to obtain, Renner is described as having “severe [difficulty] breathing” and having been “totally crushed under a massive snowcat [vehicle].” “The right side of his chest has crumpled — upper torso is crushed,” it continues.

According to Washoe County Sheriff Darin Balaam, Renner was not in the driver’s seat when his snowcat, an engine-driven vehicle used to shovel snow, began to move away.
