King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla may choose to sue Prince Harry for defamation for hurtful things he said about them in his memoir and TV interviews, according to a royal expert.

According to royal expert Emily Andrews, King Charles and Camilla, who have kept a dignified silence, have the option of filing a legal suit against Prince Harry.

They could sue Harry for defamation, especially since the King has spent decades defending his wife’s reputation.

The filing, however, would have to come from them personally, not from the royal family.

The royal expert went on to say that King Charles and Camilla could sue not only Prince Harry, but also Penguin Random House and US television networks.

Spare, Prince Harry’s book, was published on January 10.
