Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s fourth husband, is rumoured to have been “left in the dark” regarding the late singer’s estate.

The only child of Elvis, who passed away on January 12 at the age of 54, married 61-year-old guitarist Michael in 2006 and gave birth to twins Finley and Harper Vivienne, now 14 years old, in 2009.

After the couple’s 2016 separation, a bitter legal battle over child support payments and a divorce ensued.

Additionally, Michael’s attorney stated they were unaware of who would be distributing assets to beneficiaries and who the Trustees of the estate are in fresh court documents that RadarOnline has seen.

His attorney said: “We do not currently know the intended Executors and Trustees that the late Lisa Marie Presley had named.”

It was revealed last week that Michael would get complete custody of their twins.

The twins have reportedly been living with Michael since Lisa Marie’s passing, and it is stated that they desire to remain with him permanently.

There had been rumours that a custody dispute could arise over Lisa Marie’s twins.

According to people close to the Presley family, Michael allegedly indicated he would give up custody of those kids on a “cold day in hell.”

The twins, who were residing with Lisa Marie at the time of her passing, are divided between Michael and the singer, with the latter having 40% custody.
