Prince William and King Charles are “extremely angry” with Prince Harry, making any possible reconciliation difficult, according to the Sussexes’ friend Gayle King.

If he and Meghan accept the invitation to the Coronation in May, Oprah Winfrey’s best friend predicts a “chilly reception” in London.

Gayle spoke candidly about Harry’s emotions and the aftermath of the release of his memoir Spare and promotion interviews in which he criticised his family, attacked his brother, and slammed The Firm.

The US TV host, who attended Meghan’s baby shower in New York, supports Harry’s decision to speak publicly about his family problems in exchange for a reported £28 million payday.

Gayle stated that there is a “major rift” that she hopes will be repaired, claiming that there is still love between the divided family members.

The 68-year-old spoke about the Sussexes on her Sirius XM show Gayle King In The House, declaring on air: “He said he still loves his brother and father and is hoping there will be some kind of reconciliation.
