Although Shraddha Kapoor’s Instagram post says otherwise, Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor appear to be happily in love in the new poster for Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. On January 23, the romantic comedy’s trailer will be made available. On March 8, 2023, Holi, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, a film written by Luv and Rahul Mody, will open in theaters all across the world.

Shraddha, who is returning to the big screen in a prominent role after three years, uploaded the poster on social media with the intriguing statement, “Things in the image are not as near as they seem to be (winking face emoji). The teaser for #TuJhoothiMainMakkaar will debut on January 23 at 1 PM.” Ranbir is sporting pink pants and a pink shirt, while the star is donning a vibrant crochet dress. They appear content in their new outfits and large smiles, but the caption implies they are fabricating their relationship for the movie.

To see the new couple together, their supporters were thrilled. “My 2 most fave acting characteristics in the same frame…just wonderful!” one admirer wrote in response to Shraddha’s post. Added another admirer, “We’re ecstatic! What chemistry, to use an emoji.” Heart and fire emojis were added by actor Nushrratt Bharuccha, who has appeared in a number of Luv’s prior projects.

Last month, the filmmakers challenged the audience to identify the movie’s title based solely on the hashtag #TJMM. Guesses like Tu JERRY Mai MICKEY, Tu Juhu Main Malad, and Tab Jerry Met Mejal were among the funny outcomes. Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is produced by Luv Films’ Luv and Ankur Garg and is presented by Gulshan and Bhushan Kumar of T-Series. Boney Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia are also part of the film’s cast

The 2018 box office sensation Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, starring Kartik Aaryan, Sunny Singh, and Nushratt, was Luv’s final movie as a director. Shraddha’s most recent appearance was in the Bhediya song Thumkeshwari from a year ago, and Tiger Shroff and she were in the lead in Baaghi 3 (2020). Shamshera, a historical drama, and Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva, starring Ranbir’s wife Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan, were among his 2022 releases.
