The actor Kabir Singh, who was last seen in the movie Jersey in 2022, is about to make his OTT (over-the-top) debut with a web series called “Farzi.” Fans can’t wait to see him in the show, and Shahid shared an interesting update about this upcoming drama-thriller on Wednesday.

When it comes to the drama-thriller web series Farzi, Shahid Kapoor plays the main role. The Family Man’s Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. are in charge of the show. Vijay Sethupathi, Raashi Khanna, Kay Kay Menon, Regina Cassandra, Zakir Hussain, Bhuvan Arora, Amol Palekar, and Kubbra Sait also have roles on the show.

Farzi Teaser gets dropped

In the most recent news, Shahid Kapoor and the official Amazon Prime Video Instagram account posted a teaser for the upcoming show Farzi. In the video, Shahid is seen painting a picture and asking, “A new phase of my life. Will it be liked?” He ends the video with a vague statement: “But an artist is an artist. “Is it?” Later, he gives a wink to his fans and walks away, while the words “Farzi” appear on his canvas. Fans and people who like him will be talking about this move for sure.

“2023 will be your year, Mr. Kapoor,” one fan wrote in the comments section. Another fan wrote, “Hell, I’m looking forward to your next phase. I’m sure that your New Phase will teach me more.”

In April 2022, Farzi debuted.

Shahid Kapoor’s debut look from Farzi was revealed last April. “An artist who gets lured into a scam operation and a fiery task force officer on the mission to cleanse the country of his menaces,” the producers stated.

Shahid Kapoor’s digital debut will be in February 2023, Pinkvilla sources said. Farzi will be released before the end of the first quarter of 2023. The trailer and other marketing assets will roll a month before the launch, the person said.

Shahid was excited about the digital release last year. “It’s different from movies,” he remarked. Nervous and excited. I’ve always wanted to try something new. This plot and character fit my films. I’m excited for the audience to witness it.”
