Sushant Singh Rajput apartment with a view of the sea has reportedly found a new tenant. The Kedarnath actor’s four-bedroom apartment will finally be rented out after a long wait of three years. Reports say that the NRI who owns the flat will rent it out for Rs. 5 lakh per month, with a Rs. 30 lakh security deposit.

A real estate agent named Rafique Merchant has confirmed that Sushant Singh Rajput’s old apartment is finally going to be rented out. The agent says that the NRI who owns the apartment asked him about this a few months ago. “We have found somebody (a tenant). We’re having the last of our talks with the family to finish things up.
