T.J. Holmes smiles despite affair allegations
T.J. Holmes believes he will be exonerated as the workplace investigation into his relationship with Amy Robach at ABC News enters its fourth week.
He is, of course, taking the evaluation seriously, but, according to a source, he is certain that he has done nothing wrong that would cause him to lose his job.
According to additional sources, one of the factors the review is taking so long is that the Disney-owned network is being “extra careful” as a result of the revelation of Holmes’ other workplace relationships following the discovery of his affair with Robach.
Another insider stated, “They want to make sure there aren’t going to be even more ladies coming out.”
The time for the ABC management to decide what will happen to their embarrassing “GMA3” hosts is still running out. People are “frustrated,” according to insiders, with ABC News president Kim Godwin.
The longer they delay to make a decision, the more difficult and problematic the matter would become, one person claimed. “The whole scenario was absolutely mishandled,”
Godwin was “given a really messy plate” when she assumed leadership during the pandemic, according to a source in the business, and “T.J. and Amy aren’t helping.”
“They broadcast them, took them off, and now it has been weeks. Many others are saying, “Come on, handle this!” They must deal with it, the person said.
The scandalous couple made their appearance during the holidays in Miami making out like adolescents after keeping comparatively low-key appearances. Even Holmes’ estranged wife Marilee Fiebig spoke up as a result of the PDA.
According to Fiebig’s attorney, Stephanie Lehman, “over the holiday season and in light of the tough times, Marilee’s only attention has remained on the overall best interest of her 9-year-old daughter.”
The comment was published by the outlet one week after Holmes filed paperwork to dissolve their 13-year union.
Lehman continued by saying she has been working to “bring [Fiebig and Holmes’] divorce along quietly, quickly, and as graciously as possible.” T.J.’s lack of discretion, respect, and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party’s youngster, she said, “Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed.”
The review was not further discussed by an ABC representative, who also called any criticism of Godwin’s handling of it “ridiculous and sheer guesswork.”
