Cate Blanchett Academy Award winner attended the Berlinale International Film Festival this week to see her Oscar-nominated film Tár, and she did it in a chic Givenchy Couture costume. Blanchett wore a warm-toned, floor-length tutu-like skirt in red and purple, along with a form-fitting, backless black turtleneck.

She wrapped a large-framed, hefty black belt around her waist to finish the look. For the actress, who has recently been recycling her old ensembles for award season, the Givenchy tutu suit provides a fresh look.

Blanchett wore an all-black Maison Margiela gown that she first wore to the Oscars in 2015 last week when she attended the British Academy of Film and Television Award ceremony in London.

She styled the gown in a new way with more pronounced frayed hems and an opulent pearl Louis Vuitton necklace instead of the turquoise statement necklace from Tiffany & Co. she wore in 2015.

She also added a bright blue ribbon as a symbol for the United Nations Refugee Agency, which Blanchett is a Goodwill Ambassador for, and served as a token of “solidarity with and support.
