Jeremy Renner Marvel actor posted a video of himself exercising on a bike to his Instagram story on Monday with the message “whatever it takes.” In order to recuperate from the horrific event, Renner has been receiving both emotional and physical rehabilitation, which he regularly updates his followers on social media about.

The Mayor of Kingstown actor revealed in a subsequent story that he is also concentrating on his mental healing. Beside a picture of the book The Book of Awakening, he added, “Mental rehabilitation too.” While updating fans on his rehabilitation, Renner has also provided new information about his next Disney+ production, Reinnervations.

Renner revealed earlier this month that Reinnervations will debut on the streaming platform after he has healed. In a message, he wrote, “We are so very pleased to share the #rennervations show with you all on @disneyplus coming very soon. “As soon as I can stand again, we will travel all over the world to reach YOU. I trust you are prepared.”
