A brand-new featurette was made in honor of Titanic’s forthcoming 25th anniversary, and it features the actors and production team discussing the making of the movie and its lasting significance. Kate Winslet remembers working with Leonardo DiCaprio in the 1997 classic film Titanic, which was released more than two decades ago.

In the video, Winslet remarked, “Once I started working with Leo, we were able to kind of develop our own cadence. “He had this bubbly energy that was quite alluring. It was my thought that this would be enjoyable. We are going to get along just fine. And that is what we did.

Winslet us screen test, which cemented her part as Rose, was lauded by director James Cameron as well. Cameron said that DiCaprio “knocked it out of the park” as Jack. Producer of the movie Jon Landau focused on the chemistry between the two and the reasons why audiences continue to adore the film.

“When people see them together, they once again experience love. People often link the Titanic to a wonderful love tale. Jim [Cameron] wrote a story that is ageless in my opinion, which is why I believe Titanic has withstood the test of time. The topics it addresses and the interclass love tale are still relevant today.
