Marvel may have started the superhero year in a grand and peculiar way, but DC will soon be taking the lead with Shazam! Fury of the Gods. David F. Sandberg’s sequel to Shazam! will be released in theatres on March 17.

Billy Batson, aka Shazam, battles the daughters of Atlas in the movie. Now, brand-new character posters made public by DC and Warner Brothers suggest that our beloved young superhero may not be entering a fair fight.

Levi’s Shazam can be seen charging up in his new suit in the four brand-new character posters, while Kalypso, Hespera, and Anthea are all fully armored and prepared for the upcoming battle. Kalypso is also seen carrying the updated version of the Wizard’s staff, which Billy shattered in the previous film’s climax after giving his newly created Shazam Family the ability to transform into a superhero.

The image on Anthea’s poster matches that of the international poster that Zegler posted earlier this week.
