Stephen “tWitch” Boss mom comments on her son’s Grammy honour
tWitch’s devastated mother still found it strange to receive the homage. The DJ and co-executive producer of the Ellen DeGeneres show shot himself on December 13, 2022, and his body was discovered in a hotel room in Los Angeles. He was in his forties.

She also included a broken red heart emoji, a white heart emoji, the hashtag #SLB, a white dove emoji, and the initials of her son, Stephen Laurel Boss. Following his success as a contestant on MTV’s The Wade Robson Project and a runner-up on Star Search, tWitch started working in the industry. In 2008, he later participated in So You Think You Can Dance, finishing the season as runner-up and then making a comeback as an All-Star. According to People Magazine, he acted as a judge when the show made a comeback in 2022.
Boss gained notoriety for his appearances on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. He came on board as a guest DJ in 2014. He established himself as a regular character on the show, and in 2020 he was promoted to co-executive producer.
