Susan Lucci, a star of “All My Children,” revealed that she has no interest in dating after becoming a widow last year.

Helmut Huber, Lucci’s 52-year husband, passed away in March 2022 at the age of 84.

When Huber was executive chef and Lucci was a server at the Red Salt Room restaurant at the Garden City Hotel on Long Island in the 1960s, they fell in love. In September 1969, they got married, and they later had two kids.

“Like most women, I kept ignoring the little pressure on my chest. It will vanish, it will vanish. The third time, however, I was unable to ignore it,” she recalled.

The TV personality continued, “It felt like an elephant pressing on my chest.” I was taken to St. Francis Hospital, where I was informed that I had a 90% blockage in my main artery and a 75% blockage in the nearby artery.

Elisabeth Röhm, Teri Hatcher, Star Jones, and Gina Gershon were among the other famous people who attended the yearly event.
