The rumored connection between Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi has made headlines once more. Although both have repeatedly rejected the rumors, their romance has been in the air for a while. Once more, rumors of their marriage are circulating. However, Varun Tej’s father this time confirmed that his son will wed this year.

Naga Babu, the brother of megastar Chiranjeevi, recently confirmed to the media that his son Varun Tej will undoubtedly get married this year. Varun would soon unveil his bride to the media, the man added. While everyone is speculating about the identity of the bride, rumors abound that it is his girlfriend Lavanya Tripathi, a Tollywood star. Nothing is certain, though, as Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi have not yet responded.

There were rumors that Varun proposed to Lavanya at her birthday celebration in Bangalore in January 2022. He reportedly traveled to Bangalore for a special birthday celebration and bought a pricey diamond ring before popping the question. All rumors about Lavanya Tripathi’s marriage to Varun Tej were denied by her. She further mentioned that all of this was occurring after they collaborated on two projects.

It should be noted that Niharika, Varun Tej’s sister, is close friends with Lavanya Tripathi. She was present at her opulent wedding in Udaipur as well. Additionally, the pair has collaborated on movies including Mister and Antariksham. Audiences have always been drawn to their chemistry.

Professional front

Varun Tej is looking to return with something fresh and interesting with his next film after the utter failure of Ghani at the box office. He revealed VT13, his upcoming movie. Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, who is directing his first film, will play the principal part of a fighter pilot in the Indian Air Force.

In addition to this, Praveen Sattaru and Varun Tej collaborated on his upcoming movie, VT12. The film will be financed by Bapineedu and BVSN Prasad through their company SVCC, with Nagababu presenting.

Lavanya last appeared in the movie Happy Birthday. She has not yet made her next projects public.
