Heather Gay, Mary Cosby’s co-star on “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” has confirmed her comeback.

Exclusive information from the “Bad Mormon” author to a curious TikToker who enquired on Wednesday at the book signing whether the preacher will be “coming back” to the show.

“Yes. Gay, 40, affirmed with a firm head nod, “All of it, absolutely,” drawing an enthusiastic shout from the fan.

We first reported that Cosby, 50, would be returning in Season 4, which was scheduled to start filming on February 13 — only days before Jen Shah, a former “RHOSLC” star who has since been fired, started her six-and-a-half-year jail term for fraud.

According to one source, Cosby wasn’t cast as a “Housewife” on the show full-time but rather as a “friend” who would “shoot a few scenes” with the women.

According to one insider, Mary “wanted to come back,” while another indicated that she needed time to comprehend “Salt Lake City” alum Jennie Nguyen’s racial controversy.

After just one season, Nguyen was fired for a number of inappropriate social media remarks that made fun of the Black Lives Matter movement and the 2020 protests. This occurred in January 2022.

The insider revealed to us that Cosby, who conspicuously skipped the Season 2 reunion before leaving the show completely in February 2022, was struggling with a lot of trauma after Season 2.

The insider continued, “Jennie’s racist comments truly seemed to disturb Mary, especially after Jennie hurled a glass at her on TV. Mary was appreciative of the time away from the cameras, but she seemed prepared to rejoin the fray.

In the midst of a barrage of allegations against her and her purportedly “cult”-like religion, Cosby also left the Bravo series.

She allegedly referred to herself as God, pressured members to work for no pay or minimum wage, verbally abused them, and frequently warned them that they would go to hell for a variety of reasons, including leaving the church and not giving enough tithe, according to people who left Faith Temple Pentecostal Church.

Cosby has consistently refuted the “ridiculous” and “false” allegations.

She “did not enjoy her time on the show or build any significant ties with the ladies,” an insider previously informed us, according to information we obtained.

But, since then, a third source has hinted that the congregation leader would join the group again as Meredith Marks’ friend.

Throughout the past year, they have renewed their relationship, and in recent months, they have increased their texting and talking.

Marks and Gay kept their snowflakes, as did their fellow veterans Whitney Rose and Lisa Barlow.
