If you want to try a new dish for lunch this Sunday, chef Pooja Hegde has created the most delicious Tuscan chicken recipe. She makes a delicious Tuscan Chicken dish with a creamy garlic and cheese blend that goes well with Roti or Rice.

The following ingredients are required for the Tuscan Chicken recipe: chicken breast, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mushroom, olive oil, tomato, onions, garlic cloves, heavy whipping cream, cheese, and spinach.

Now, marinate the chicken in pepper, garlic, and salt for 5-6 minutes to tenderise it. Heat the pan, drizzle with oil, add the chicken, and sauté for a few minutes. Later, sauté vegetables such as mushroom, tomato, and onion with salt and pepper to taste. To finish, add heavy whipping cream and spinach and cook for two minutes.
