Reynolds was in conversation with his Deadpool 2 co-star Rob Delaney while headlining the “Just For Laughs” comedy festival at the O2 Arena in London. Rob inquired about Reynolds’ intentions to develop a sequel to any of the movies he has produced, including “Free Man.”

A sequel to “Free Man” might be made, which would be entertaining, Reynolds said. “I would adore it. Does everything fucking have to be a sequel, though? I am not sure. At times, it is acceptable to just make a bad movie, send everyone home.

Reynolds continued, “So you know, there is a little push and pull there, fighting the impulse to just quickly say, ‘Ohh, making a sequel will validate the first one. “Well, the first movie supports the first one, so you may stop there. We are still talking about it, so I dunno.

A producer, screenwriter, and businessman in addition to being an actor, Reynolds has built businesses like Aviation American Gin, Mint Mobile, and Maximum Effort, a production company and digital marketing firm. Reynolds is well recognized for his comical roles, especially as Deadpool from the superhero series.
