Samantha Ruth Prabhu is currently filming for upcoming web series Citadel’s Indian adaptation and is expected to be perform some serious action sequences on screen. The actor recently shared a photo from her workout, and her admirers couldn’t help but notice her toned abs. In the image, she can be seen performing a plank. On Monday morning, Samantha posted the image with only a love emoticon as a caption. She is seen performing a plank while wearing a black vest and grey track trousers. She was referred to as a “strong girl” by actor Rakul Preet Singh, who also posted a fire emoji in the remarks.

“You are an inspiration,” a fan wrote in a remark on the article. The Indian version of the film, which starred Priyanka Chopra, also features Varun Dhawan. Samantha recently sustained bruising while filming combat scenes for Citadel. She posted a photo of her bloodied, wounded hands with the comment, “Perks of action.”

Samantha had disclosed her diagnosis of myositis, an inflammatory disease, last year. She nevertheless keeps posting snippets of her workouts.

Shaakuntalam is presently being prepared for release by Samantha. The Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil versions of the movie will all be released on April 14.
