Renowned Pakistani actor Fawad Khan has recently addressed the swirling rumors about his return to Bollywood during an interview with Indian media. Known for his beloved roles in both Pakistan and India, Khan discussed his potential comeback to the Indian film industry while promoting his new series, Barzakh.

“Time and circumstances will tell what will happen and what will not,” Khan remarked when asked about his Bollywood plans. He added, “I believe when the right time comes, things happen naturally. Whatever is finalized, I will share [it] with everyone. I will not hide anything from my fans.” His new series, Barzakh, which debuts on July 19, stars Khan alongside Sanam Saeed and is a joint production by Pakistani and Indian production houses. It will be available on Zee5 and the YouTube channel “Zindagi.”

Khan also voiced his hopes for better relations between the entertainment industries of Pakistan and India. He noted, “There are many talented actors in Pakistan who wish to work in India. I hope that if circumstances improve, there will be more collaboration between the showbiz industries of both nations.”

Recent reports suggest that Fawad Khan might return to Bollywood after nearly eight years, potentially starring alongside Vaani Kapoor in a new film set to shoot in London. Khan made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with Khoobsurat and has since appeared in Kapoor & Sons and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which significantly increased his fan base in India.
