Sanam Saeed, the acclaimed Pakistani actress, recently opened up about her thoughts on the on-screen chemistry between Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan, calling their pairing truly “magical.”

In a heartfelt interview, Saeed spoke highly of the duo, pointing out the undeniable charm they bring to their romantic roles. She confessed, “When Fawad and Mahira are together on screen, their romance feels truly magical. I don’t think my pairing with Fawad evokes the same reaction.”

Saeed also noted that their striking looks play a big role in their on-screen allure. “It’s not always necessary for me to be paired romantically with Fawad,” she added.

Looking back at their latest collaboration in the Indian web series “Barzakh,” which just premiered on Zee5 and Zindagi’s YouTube channel, Saeed couldn’t believe how swiftly time had passed since they last worked together. In the series, they play step-siblings, a departure from their memorable roles as a married couple in the beloved 2012 drama “Zindagi Gulzar Hai.”

Saeed shared that she’s eager to take on a variety of roles and hopes viewers will appreciate her performances in different characters, not just romantic ones.
