Cardi B has announced the cancellation of her performance at the ONE Musicfest due to a medical emergency, which has left her fans worried.

The setback comes just months after she suffered an injury that nearly led to a pregnancy loss. On October 23, she took to social media to share her health update, saying, “I am so sad to share this news, but I’ve been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency the last couple of days and I won’t be able to perform at ONE Music Fest.”

Cardi expressed her disappointment about missing the event and thanked her fans, the “Bardi Gang,” for their support, stating, “thank you for understanding and I’ll be back better and stronger soon. Don’t worry. Love yall.” The festival organizers also confirmed her absence, urging fans to keep Cardi in their prayers as they seek a replacement.

Just hours before announcing her health issues, Cardi lashed out at her estranged husband Offset on social media, calling him a “dirty ass narcissistic” person. Their turbulent relationship has been in the spotlight, especially since she filed for divorce in August. Cardi described a recent accident that caused her severe pain, adding, “I practically fell… my foot still slipped, and I kind of busted my ass.”
