Following the death of Matthew Perry, best known for his role as Chandler Bing on Friends, fellow actor Matt LeBlanc reportedly locked himself in a dark place and needed help. Jennifer Aniston, who portrayed Rachel Green on the iconic sitcom, stepped in to help her friend during this challenging time.

After Perry’s passing on October 28, 2023, Aniston maintained a close connection with LeBlanc. Sources reveal that she became increasingly concerned for her co-star, who was struggling with grief. “Watching Matt struggle has been extremely difficult for Jen. She’s been spending a lot of time with Matt at his home in Pacific Palisades – cooking for him, or just hanging out and watching movies, or sitting and chatting,” a report from Mirror states.

To make sure LeBlanc was not alone during this tough time, Aniston and Courtney Cox prioritized keeping an eye on him. Reportedly, Jennifer took the initiative to connect him with therapists and even arranged for her trainer to help him get back into fitness. “She’s [Jennifer] taken it upon herself to connect Matt with some therapists and get her trainer to his house – she’s insisted that he need to start working out and do everything he can to boost his mental health.”

The death of Perry profoundly affected his co-stars, Aniston, Schwimmer, Cox, LeBlanc, and Kudrow, who are still processing their loss.
