Son of the late Bollywood comedy legend Mehmood, Indian singer Lucky Ali has stated that he wants to visit Pakistan.

Ali recently posted on his X (previously Twitter) account, saying, “Hoping to get a visit visa to Pakistan to visit my relatives and see my mother’s ancestral village, Bhera.”

Madhu Kumari, the mother of Lucky Ali, was the younger sister of Meena Kumari, a well-known Indian actress. Mahliqa, who was born in Bhera, Sargodha, met her husband Ali Bakhsh when he was teaching Meena Kumari tennis.

After tweeting, Ali was greeted with love by many Pakistanis, including people in Bhera who invited him to stay in their homes during his visit to Pakistan. Many expressed how excited they are to have the well-known artist visit them and share their culture.

Not all reactions were positive, as several Indians expressed dissatisfaction and recommended Ali to stay in Pakistan rather than coming back to India. This sentiment reflects the region’s complex feelings about cultural and national ties, with Ali’s potential visit causing both excitement and controversy.
