Renowned Pakistani fashion designer Maria B. has honored her pledge to support the people of Gaza by donating Rs10 million from her Falasteen collection to Al Abrar Wells, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing clean water, food, and humanitarian aid to areas affected by conflict.

This generous contribution is the first phase of Maria B.’s commitment to deliver humanitarian assistance to those impacted by the ongoing situation in Gaza. The funds will be used to construct a water well, ensuring access to clean drinking water for the community.

Additionally, the donation will support various initiatives aimed at providing essential resources. The Falasteen collection was launched specifically to raise funds for Gaza relief, showcasing Maria B.’s dedication to social responsibility and support for marginalized communities.

In an Instagram video, she expressed her satisfaction, stating, “We kept our promise! Maria B. donates PKR 1 crore from the F@lasteen collection to Al Abrar Wells for G@7@. This first tranche will build one water well, feed 15,000 people with hot meals, and provide fresh bread to our brothers and sisters in North and Central G@7@.”
