Justin Combs, the 30-year-old son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, is reportedly facing difficulties renting properties in Los Angeles due to his history of throwing wild parties.

A source told The Post that Combs has been “banned” from renting homes in the city because of alleged damage caused during these events.

A Southern California mansion broker claimed, “The company that I work with rented houses to Justin. He would say, ‘I’m having 20 people over.’ But there would be 200 and then they would wreck the house.” The broker added, “It’s gotten to the point where nobody will rent to him. He called me to rent, and I said no.”

Despite these allegations, Combs’ attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, told The Post that his client has not faced any legal action. “Justin has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason – he did nothing wrong,” Lichtman said.

Combs, who frequently posts about social gatherings on Instagram and has promoted his father’s former tequila brand, has also been involved in an altercation. He and his brothers, Quincy and Christian Brown, were reportedly involved in a brawl with singer Ray J outside a Halloween party hosted by Tara Electra.
