Kanye West, also known as Ye, is facing a new lawsuit filed in California on Thursday, accusing him of abusive and bizarre behavior during the time an employee worked for his Yeezy brand and Donda Academy.

The lawsuit, filed by Murphy Aficionado, who worked for Ye between 2022 and 2023, details an alleged hostile work environment where West frequently made anti-Semitic remarks.

“During Aficionado’s employment, Ye’s anti-Semitic tirades and conspiracies were a daily occurrence,” the lawsuit claims, adding that West would often allege, “Jews controlled the Kardashians” and were targeting him and his finances.

The 47-year-old rapper, who was married to Kim Kardashian for eight years and shares four children with her, divorced in 2022. His statements, including claiming he saw “good things about Hitler” and threatening to go “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE” on social media, have led to significant fallout, including the loss of his deal with Adidas.

The lawsuit also accuses West of inappropriate behavior in the workplace. “On one occasion, in between his racist lectures, Ye invited Aficionado to his hotel room to work,” where Aficionado was forced to listen to West’s intimate encounters. The suit seeks compensation for emotional and psychological damage. Ye’s representatives have yet to respond.
