Pakistani actor and television host Fahad Mustafa, widely known for his role in the hit drama Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum, has recently stirred a social media debate with comments made during an interview.

Referring to himself as “Allah’s favorite,” Fahad attributed his career achievements across his 20s, 30s, and 40s to divine favor. His statement quickly went viral, prompting mixed reactions from the public.

While some fans appreciated Fahad’s expression of faith, others felt his words lacked humility. Among the critics was YouTuber and founder of Youth Club, Raja Zia Ul Haq, who addressed the issue in a video response. “It’s not wrong to acknowledge Allah’s love,” Raja explained, “but Fahad should have framed it differently by acknowledging Allah’s love for him despite his sins.”

He further argued that linking divine favor exclusively to success in the entertainment industry was “inappropriate and misleading.”

The debate has sparked broader conversations on social media about how public figures should discuss their faith and successes. Many have weighed in on the importance of humility and proper acknowledgment of blessings, highlighting the sensitivity of such topics in the public sphere.
